**  We are accepting a limited number of 9-11th grade students for Fall 08.

Additional Classes

Classes are offered on a quarterly basis and meet either on M-W or T-Th from 1:30-3:30pm. (Friday or weekend workshops will be denoted as such.)

Odyssey of the Mind, Math Counts, Chess, School Magazine, Computer Concepts, Foreign Language, Ecology, Quilting, Crochet, Knitting, Scrapbooking, Yoga, Nutrition, Creative Writing, Skateboarding.

Drama/Acting, Engineering, Bowling, Gardening, Media Studies, Principles of Advertising and Marketing, Accounting Basics, Native American Studies, Geology and Ancient Culture.

Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace: Finance for the next Generation

We are please to offer the following classes created by Duke University

Discovering King Arthur:  Medieval Mystery and Meaning                                                        Math and the Cosmos                                                                                                             Foundations of Modern Biology: Genetics, Evolution and Ethics                                            Clues in Crime:  The Role of Forensic Science in Criminal Investigations

Studio Art: Will be offered in many  medias.  Offerings will vary with the interest of the students and availability of artists.  Classes may be:  Painting, Drawing, Sculpting, Beadmaking, Creating Mandalas, Photography, 2-D Collage, furniture painting.

Music:  1 day per week for 1/2 hour lesson.
Drums, piano, guitar.

**Some classes may meet at alternate locations. Transportation is not provided by RPS. Parents may choose to carpool.

Homeschool Enrichment

Homeschoolers can register for any of the quarterly electives offered. OR you may e-mail us with requests or suggestions for classes you would like to see offered for the following quarter.

Consultation and tutoring is available by our highly qualified staff by appointment.

Tutoring

Tutoring is available by appointment for students in grades K-12.
