We believe that every person has a right to an education that is personal, relevant, challenging, and one that prepares the student with practical skills for life.
Vision:
RPS is a place where learning is personalized and meaningful. Where young voices can be heard. Where questions, concerns, hopes and fears are validated. Where relationships are paramount; thereby creating a learning community of adults and students alike, who together empower each other to seek wisdom, understanding and solve problems. Together they see our world through a lens that compels them to take personal and civic responsibility for their education and a sustainable future.
Core Values:
Relationships - Must be lateral among teacher, student and community.
Personalized Education - We know one size DOES NOT fit all, therefore we created the Customized Education Plan (CEP).
Sustainability - Means empowering healthy, Social, Economic, Technological and Environmental stewards of tomorrow.

- Neighborhood schools are an important part of the community infrastucture. Bigger is not better, therefore we chose the "small school" model.

Our flexible schedule:
We are open from 8:30-1:30pm* or 8:30-3:30pm** AND allow time off for tournaments, competitions and family time with siblings on year-round calendars.
